  • Michael Longyear DC, DACNB, CCSP

    Current practice owner at Brain Optimization Institute in Jacksonville FL, and after his tenure as Clinical Director Applied Clinical Neuroscience at NeuroLIFE Institute Atlanta GA he maintains a consulting position for the University expanding emphasis into programs and facilitates specializing in Functional Neuroscience.

  • RIKISHI T. SMITH (REY) PhD

    Assistant professor of Health and Sport Communication at Clemson in the Department of Communication and a faculty fellow at the Robert H. Brooks Sport Science Institute. As a D1 athlete herself, experiencing multiple concussion, she is now pursuing research and data to shed light on the ‘Athlete Experiences with Concussion Recovery: Building a Comeback Campaign Using Sallie Technology’.

  • Mike Alden DC

    Concentrating his interest on Autoimmune Conditions, Dr. Alden credits both Dr. Datis Kharrazian and Aristo Vojdani, PhD. for inspiring his work. In 2016, Dr. Alden co-founded Atlas Concussion Testing, a company that exclusively serves mTBI (concussions) in a new and innovative way. Through utilizing the basic principles of evaluating autoimmune reactions through a serological biomarker screening for autoreactive antibodies, you can then modulate the immune system metabolically.

  • Robert Melillo MS, DC, PhDC, DABCN, FACFN, FABCDD, FIBFN-CND

    DR ROBERT MELILLO is a respected specialist in developmental functional neurology, brain imbalances, hemispheric integration, and the diagnosis and correction of most neurobehavioural disorders and learning disabilities. He is one of the original Founders of IAFNR, teaches internationally, and continues to research and publish in this powerful field of Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CND). Dr. Melillo is a prolific author, teacher and educator. He has initiated the Certification in the Melillo Method (TM) as well as teaches the course content that is studied for anyone wanting to sit for the Fellowship in Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders. His research continues to move this field forward, and now he is committed to helping other pursue continued research and publications in this field.

  • Lynne Becker MSPH

    Lynne Becker, MSPH is a biostatistician with an emphasis in epidemiology. She has curated a highly flexible skill set that encompasses 20+ years of experience in drug metabolism, orthopedics, diabetes, obesity, devices, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, animal research, gastrointestinal disorders, biologics, and behavioral research. Her specialty is in Telehealth applications and big data. Lynne began her career in ocular corporate research, moved into academics, and then shifted to the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA ) government sectors. Lynne has recently launched a new start-up called, Power of Patients, which focuses on empowering patients and caregivers with a free personalized app to track their symptoms and triggers. She is a NextGen awardee, a part of the MIT Enterprise Forum, Winner of the MIT A-Lab challenge, Winner with MEHI/LEVER accelerator and has forged relationships with key organizations; the NFL Alumni Assoc, USA Olympics, Brainline, BIAG and Shepard Rehab Hospital being just some of the major organizations partnering with Power of Patients.

  • David Boynton DC, FIBFN-FN

    Dr. David Boynton has effectively blended his own personal athletic experiences, clinical expertise, and educational knowledge, to enable him to be on the cutting edge in the field of performance and movement neurology. His lifelong pursuit has been guided by the ambition to create practical performance enhancement tools and strategies that can be utilized by athletes, therapists and practitioners, as well as coaches and athletic organizations. His position on the medical team for BMC pro cycling team for 7 years and CCC for 2 years, Chiropractor and Performance Director with The Penticton Vees, a Junior A hockey program winning multiple Championships, as well as his work with leading Technology Companies in the Neuro-rehabilitation space [NeuroSync, Binovi, Senaptec, NeuroCatch] , enable him to focus on research pertaining to specific Sports Vision Training.

    Sharik is the developer of the Rezzimax Therapy tools and techniques for those in chronic pain. His first tool introduced into the market is the Rezzimax Tuner, a simple tool that tunes the human nervous system much as a musician tunes a guitar. Sharik has advanced degrees in physical therapy and rehabilitation counseling. Over 29 years helping people eliminate pain from their lives is the foundation behind the Research & Development of this technology, and collaboration with practitioners in all fields of medicine and rehabilitation is synthesized in the current research and publications that are forthcoming. He’s a proponent of the research driven model to keep advancing this work.

  • Scharlene Gaudet DC, MSC, DACNB, CCN

    On top of multiple degrees, Dr. Gaudet has studied with MIT Sloan Neuroscience For Business, Parker University’s Masters of Clinical Neuroscience, and the University of Calgary’s Concussion Management Program. Her internship with Carrick Brain Centers, Residency with Cerebrum Health Centers, Veteran Director at Revive Treatment Centers of America, have all led to her current role as Founder and Clinical Director of Resiliency Brain Health in Dallas, TX. She is the Founder of Guardians of Soldiers, a 501c3 to provide chiropractic services to service animals for our nation’s veterans, first responders, and medically indigent.
